Sevince BAYRAK, Oral GÖKTAŞ
In 2005, Sevince Bayrak graduated from Istanbul Technical University’s Department of Architecture, where she recently finished her PhD, entitled as "the Square". She spent the fall 2010 term undertaking research at Westminster University. Having also graduated from Istanbul Technical University’s Department of Architecture in 2005, Oral Göktaş completed his master’s degree there in 2009. He has taught at design studios in various universities both as a visiting critic and a lecturer. Having worked in several architectural practices in Istanbul and Santiago, Bayrak and Göktaş founded SO? in 2007. Istanbul-based SO? is involved in projects of various types and scales. They are the winner of first YAP İstanbul Modern in 2013, in collaboration with MOMA/PS1 and their project Sky Spotting Stop is widely published after being constructed. Recently, they are working on an installation in Royal Academy in London, a community center building for Beylikdüzü Municipality and a open air structure in Kemerburgaz.
