ECOWEEK is a NGO founded in 2005 and based in Greece. ECOWEEK mission is to raise environmental awareness and to promote the principles of sustainability. ECOWEEK has activity in more than 15 countries and a network of members in 45 countries. ECOWEEK international conference and design workshops attract students and professionals from around the world and involve the participants in real projects in the host city in cooperation with the local authorities. ECOWEEK has taken place in more than 15 cities around the world, including  Athens, Belgrade, Beit Jala, Copenhagen, Jerusalem, Krakow, London, Milan, Prishtina, Rome, Tel Aviv, and Thessaloniki.
